It's important to communicate with Doris and provide feedback if any discomfort arises. She'll adjust accordingly.

You have up to 24 hours before your scheduled session to cancel and receive credit for future use. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session, or no-shows, will forfeit the session. Any rescheduling must also be made at least 24 hours in advance.
